Sal Aranda is the Founder and Broker-Owner of U.S. ECO-GREEN REAL ESTATE, INC. Additionally, Sal serves as the PRESIDENT and CEO of his brokerage firm. In that capacity, Sal focuses primarily in the business development, customer service practices, and legal support. Sal is a prominent Real Estate Broker with specialization in the residential and commercial fields. Some of Sal's academic achievements include 5 years of successful law practice as a Corporate Law Attorney in Mexico. Sal also served as an International Law Foreign Counselor for the state of Texas. Sal is a trilingual individual who, in addition to our language, is fluent in Spanish and Italian. Sal is a Certified Eco-Broker, Certified REO Broker and a Green Building Professional, among other designations. Sal is involved in numerous civic groups and local Boards. Sal focuses on the implementation of strict performance standards to comply with and excel the client's needs and the professionals who co-work for the company. Sal follows the ethical path of his career success through honesty, integrity and business expertise. Sal supports quality time and he enjoys it with his wife, Xochitl, and his three boys, Salvatore, Franco and Giovanni. Sal practices Karate and he currently holds a second degree black belt. Lastly, Sal believes in innovation, therein; unlike any other real estate firm in the area, his company offers attention to detail and a clear identification of the potential Eco-Friendly attributes of a property for a healthier way of living.
David Orozco serves as Buyer’s Specialist operating in the entire San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita Valley, Antelope Valley, and the Los Angeles area. David’s position allows him to serve clients on a one-on-one basis, maintaining a high level of interaction between sellers and buyers. David’s background in finance and banking allows him to better assist buyers in achieving their dream home. With his professionalism and high values in ethics, David brings a breath of fresh air to buyers during their real estate transactions. David enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, building long lasting memories. Finally, David believes in working hard to obtain his goals and lending a helping hand along the way.
